We'd like to take the opportunity to thank you for your support and participation in the Solutions for Wellness Personalized Program.

We want to inform you that as of 11/21/11 the Solutions for Wellness Personalized Program will no longer be accepting new program enrollments. Please know that we will continue to fully support patients who have enrolled in the program on or before this date. These patients will have the opportunity to fully participate in and complete this 6-month program.

The Solutions for Wellness Personalized Program has been available for 10 years and has had nearly 140,000 patients enroll. This is largely due to your involvement in recognizing the program's value and encouraging your patients to enroll and commit to the program.

Although Solutions for Wellness will no longer be available, we still wish to continue to support you and your patients with tools and resources. That's why we're offering the Lilly for Better Health Web site at www.lillyforbetterhealth.com. Lilly for Better Health provides practical tips on healthy eating, physical activity, and stress management. It can help to empower patients with information on managing health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and depression.

Visitors will find more than a dozen interactive health and wellness quizzes, risk assessments, and tools on topics such as body mass index, diabetes, cancer, and mental illness. Lilly resources, including A Healthy You! America's Guide to Healthy Living, a sample walking program, and a carbohydrate guide, are offered in digital publication format—convenient for viewing and sharing. Several resources are available in both English and Spanish, and new materials will be added regularly to facilitate visitor engagement.
